He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine at Zhejiang Medical University in 1995 and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of joint disorders—including those of the hip, knee, and shoulder—for nearly 30 years. He has conducted visiting scholar programs at multiple domestic and international hospitals, including Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong and Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital. He has performed total joint replacement surgeries for the hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as arthroscopic surgeries for the shoulder and knee, for over a decade. He possesses extensive surgical and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hip, knee, and shoulder joint disorders. He previously served as Director of the Department of Joint Surgery at a municipal-level Grade III A hospital and was honored with the titles of “Outstanding Party Affairs Worker” and “Outstanding CPC Member” at the municipal level in 2018.
