Former Deputy Director of the Department of Urology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. He has been engaged in clinical work in urology for over 20 years. He graduated from Harbin Medical University in 1997 with a degree in Japanese-language medicine, earned a Master of Medicine degree in 2000, received a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2005, and completed his postdoctoral fellowship in 2007. From 2003 to 2005, he studied abroad at Shiga University of Medical Science in Japan as a visiting researcher. He was promoted to Chief Physician in 2011 and to Professor in 2012. His primary focus is on minimally invasive laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical treatments for diseases such as urological tumors and stones. Laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection, radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, resection of retroperitoneal tumors, radical cystectomy, as well as comprehensive treatment—including targeted therapy—for advanced renal tumors, bladder tumors, and prostate cancer. Treatment of urinary tract stones using percutaneous nephrolithotomy and rigid and flexible ureteroscopes; plasma resection and vaporization electrocautery for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
