Since 1987, he has been working in the Department of Otolaryngology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common conditions such as nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis, chronic otitis media, and head and neck tumors, with particular expertise in endoscopic nasal and skull base surgery, as well as otomicrosurgery. He serves on the editorial boards of five journals, including the *Chinese Journal of Otolaryngology*, and is the Chair of the Zhejiang Provincial Society of Otolaryngology.
