Since completing his Ph.D. in 2003, he has worked at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine; in early 2014, he spent a full year as a visiting scholar at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, USA; from 2015 to 2019, he was stationed at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital to assist with its development, overseeing departmental construction; in July 2018, he was transferred to the Run Run Shaw Hospital, Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where he serves as Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery.
