The department has been thoughtfully designed with patient comfort at its core. A welcoming reception and lounge area offers a comfortable space for patients and visitors, while the inpatient wards are divided into east and west zones, each with independent access control to ensure the highest level of privacy.
The department offers a total of 41 inpatient beds in three room types: twin rooms, single rooms, and deluxe suites. All rooms are fully furnished with complete living amenities, and single rooms are further equipped with smart home systems. Shared facilities include a reception lounge, a visitor waiting area, and a business meeting room, together creating a warm, home-like environment for patients and their families.
We take great pride in the premium standard of our medical services. Drawing on the strong expertise of our hospital and Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the department operates a distinctive dual-track care model that combines senior specialists and professors across multiple disciplines with dedicated general practitioner (GP) services. Working in close coordination, our GPs deliver comprehensive health assessments and standardized chronic disease management, while specialists provide condition-specific care whenever it is needed.
For patients with complex or multidisciplinary conditions, we offer personalized multidisciplinary consultations to develop tailored treatment plans. International telemedicine services are also available to support cross-border diagnosis and consultation.
