Director of Thoracic Surgery and Academic Leader of the Department of Thoracic Surgery; Chief Physician. He graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine at Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1998 with a master’s degree. He has nearly 30 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research in thoracic surgery. He personally performs over 1,500 thoracic surgeries annually, including nearly 1,000 lung nodule surgeries. The rate of minimally invasive procedures exceeds 99%, ranking first in Yiwu and the surrounding region and among the top nationally. For three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025), he ranked first at Zhejiang University Fourth Hospital in the volume of Category III and IV surgeries and minimally invasive procedures. He emphasizes rapid postoperative recovery, with the majority of lung nodule patients discharged within two days of surgery. As a specially invited expert, he assists hospitals in counties and cities surrounding Yiwu in performing over 100 thoracic surgeries annually.
