Orthopedic Trauma and Microsurgery
The Department of Orthopedic Trauma and Microsurgery at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine encompasses three subspecialties: Foot and Ankle Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Hand Surgery, boasting province‑leading clinical performance in Zhejiang. The department registers approximately 40,000 outpatient visits, over 3,000 inpatient admissions, and more than 3,000 surgical interventions annually. It holds distinct leading advantages in central‑western Zhejiang in severe trauma management, minimally invasive fracture treatment, foot and ankle deformity correction, limb/digit replantation, and soft‑tissue defect repair. The faculty comprises 23 physicians, among whom 6 hold senior professional titles and 1 is a Master’s supervisor.
