The Department of Thoracic Surgery at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine is an accredited Minimally Invasive Thoracic Oncology Center and Esophageal Cancer Center for Central Zhejiang. It is a Zhejiang Provincial Key Clinical Specialty under constructio, with leading comprehensive strength in Zhejiang Province andadvanced clinical capabilities domestically. The department performs nearly 1, 500 surgical procedures annually.
